Easy Installation: The panel's overall size is 17 5/7 x 17 5/7 ", with a mounting size of 16 x 16 ". Position the panel against the wall where you plan to install it and outline the frame with a pencil along the flange. Use a bubble level to align the panel with the floor or wall. Cut the wall using a saw along the pencil line slightly higher than the marked outline of the panel. Apply sealant on the back of the access panel frame and press it into place
