Bidding

• Our Auctions run daily at specified times. You can click on each item up for auction to review features and details at any time before or during the auctions.

• In addition to the live bidding, we have our BUY NOW option, which allows you to purchase the item before the live auction at a set price.

• Please be sure to confirm you are bidding at the correct location if you intend to pick-up your items.

• To place a bid, you must first create an account with us. Input your information, click on "Submit" and click on the verification email that is sent to you to activate your account. 

• It is important to understand that you may bid on as many products as you like and continue to re-enter your bid amount until you are the highest bidder when the auction closes. 

• The highest bidder at the end of the time limit will be awarded the product.

• If your last bid is the same as the bid previously submitted by a different bidder, the original bidder will be considered the winner. You must outbid a current bid in order to win. 

Item Conditions Overview

We sell merchandise in a variety of conditions and we want our buyers to be fully informed on what they will be getting:

• Brand New:  The product is in brand-new condition and comes in its original packaging. It should be free from defects and complete with all parts. Please note, the packaging seal may have been opened during the inspection process. If any defects, issues, or missing parts are found in items listed as Brand New, they are eligible for an account credit. No refunds will be issued. 

• Open-Box: The product may or may not be in its original manufacturer's packaging. Upon inspection, the item appears unused. We do not verify the count of individual parts, so the item may be missing small components like manuals, hardware, accessories, or attachments. Open-Box items are NOT eligible for credits or refunds. 

• Pre-Owned: Upon inspection, the product shows signs of use and may be dirty, missing parts, or missing accessories. By purchasing items in Pre-Owned condition, the customer accepts the risks associated with these conditions. Pre-Owned items are NOT eligible for credits or refunds. 

Payment

• PAYMENT IS AUTOMATICALLY SUBMITTED USING YOUR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD ON FILE. 

• If a payment fails, you must manually update your credit/debit card and submit a new payment via our check-out page within 24 hours. 

• If payment is not received within 24 hours, the product will be re-listed and your account may be SUSPENDED from all our future auctions.

Pick-Up

We offer free pickups from our Lewisville, TX and Charlotte, NC locations.

• You MUST SCHEDULE your pick-up within 7 business days of payment directly through the link provided with any of your invoices under your online account.

• Items not scheduled to be picked up after 30 days will be considered abandoned and will be re-listed. No refunds or credits will be issued.

• You must pick-up your orders at your scheduled appointment. You can change a pick-up appointment up to 48 hours before the appointment.

• All your paid invoices will be grouped for each pick-up (Invoices prior to 48 hours from the appointment). 

• Only 1 pick-up appointment per customer is allowed. The calendar will be enabled again once your pending pick up is fulfilled.

• If you miss a pick-up appointment, you have 48 hours to show up to pick up your items. Our team will try to fulfill your order as soon as possible but all appointments will have preference over your pick-up.

• If you do not pick up your order after 48 hours after a missed appointment, your items will be considered abandoned and will be resold. Not refunds or credits will be issued.

• Quicklotz employees cannot load the products into your vehicle, please bring the help necessary for loading, including carts, dollies, etc. 

Shipping

• We offer shipping within the United States. 

• No international shipping at this time. 

• Certain items are not eligible for shipping due to being overweight or oversized. 

• Please be sure to check shipping costs for each item under their description page.
