Pex Manifold System: 50250 PEX Manifold compatible with Viega Manabloc, suitable for crimping and PEX crimping systems. There are two methods for supplying hot and cold water to the Water Manifold with Valve, each requiring a different number of supply adapters. If the third port is not used for connection, it can be sealed with an end cap. Note: Supply adapters are not sold with the water manifold
ASSEMBLY: Each Pex Manifold shipment includes an installation manual. For ports connecting to your supply line fittings, ensure the pipe is secure before tightening the fitting assembly. Once the pipe and threaded fitting are secured, use a crimping tool to directly crimp onto the port adapter on the Pex Manifold. If you have unused ports or wish to reserve them for future system expansion, use the valve T-handle to turn the port valve to the “Closed” position.
PEX Manifold Includes Accessories: pex manifold with valves*1, featuring built-in shut-off valves for independent control of each water outlet. Port Adapters*18, compatible with PEX pipe sizes (3/4“ and 1”). T-handle valves*2 manually control water flow. Supply end cap*3. Color-coded labels*1 distinguish cold water (blue) and hot water (red) lines, enabling quick identification during installation and clear maintenance later.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: The maximum pressure/temperature rating for the PEX manifold with valves piping system is 100 psi @ 180°F. Excessive pressure applied to the water manifold may cause leakage. Do not allow chemicals such as PVC glue or flux to come into contact with the water manifold. They will compromise the integrity of the water manifold and lead to leaks.
