It is normal for there to be a gap between the outer copper frame and the wooden sushi bowl. Please don't worry. Hangiri has strong water absorption. You can wet the outside and inside of the wooden basin, but do not let it soak in water for more than 10 minutes. After absorbing water, it will expand and tighten the copper band.
After receiving the goods, apply some vegetable oil for maintenance first ,such as olive oil etc,Applying oil can enhance the toughness of the Hangiri, prevent it from drying and cracking, and thus extend its service life.
Maintenance instructions: Hand wash only, scrub with vinegar or tea, do not put into the dishwasher. It is strictly prohibited to soak in water, can be used before use and daily oil maintenance, can effectively prevent cracking leakage, etc such as vegetable oil, olive oil, etc
