INDOOR INSTALLATION - easy breezy install, without exterior work, just drilling into window sill.
RELIEVES STRESS ON THE WINDOW - Transfers the stress and weight from the window sill and sash to the support and window frame for safety.
FITS WALL THICKNESS from 2" to 11", exclusive built-in bubble level to correct mounting slope position.
Troubleshooting : (1)Check all items per user guide checklist. (2) Window Installation Requirements: Window sill thickness less than 12 inches. Window sill depth more than 1.25 inches (3.2 cm) for base placement. Window sill must accommodate 2.5 inches (6.4 cm) screws. Sliding window lip/stool height less than 1.73 inches (4.4 cm). All weather construction.
