For duct opening size: 4x14 inch. Overall size: 16.69 x 6.77 x 0.75 inch. The thickness of oak floor register is 0.75 inch. Our floor register can only fit in 0.75 inch thickness flooring, please read size information in listing carefully to avoid not fitting in duct opening.
Solid oak wood products have slight texture and color changes. A few products will inevitably have slight tree knots on them, which do not affect internal structure and use. The oak floor register will keep flat with your flooring after installation, it fits for 3/4 inch thickness hardwood flooring with tongue and groove structure, if you want it to match your flooring of different thickness, just sand the outer frame by yourself to a matching thickness, that will be ok.
