If Lights Failed to Connect with APP: 1. Make Sure Your WIFI and Bluetooth are ON 2. Make sure your WIFI is 2.4 GHz (does Not Support 5 GHz WiFi) and enter the right password 3. Make Sure the APP is able to find the nearby device 4. Make sure the lights are in pairing mode(Long-press press button on the controller to make the green indicator lights flash quickly) 5. Make sure you have a strong signal (recommend taking the lights and your router as close as you can)
If the APP Does Not Work/APP Can Not Control the Lights: Check if the lights are offline, try restarting the APP, or update the APP to the latest version. Warm Tips: 1. LED bulbs are welded on silver/copper wire; please be careful not to rip out the wire when using; 2. No remote included.
