Once you win/buy your item(s), your card on file will be charged automatically at the end of each auction. An invoice will be generated with shipping included if you chose to have your items shipped, or the invoice will have a link for you to schedule a pick-up if you chose to pick-up locally.

Item Conditions
Brand New



The product is in brand-new condition and comes in its original packaging. It should be free from defects and complete with all parts. Please note, the packaging seal may have been opened during the inspection process. If any defects, issues, or missing parts are found in items listed as Brand New, they are eligible for an account credit. No refunds will be issued.

Open-Box



The product may or may not be in its original manufacturer's packaging. Upon inspection, the item appears unused. We do not verify the count of individual parts, so the item may be missing small components like manuals, hardware, accessories, or attachments. Open-Box items are NOT eligible for credits or refunds.

Pre-Owned



Upon inspection, the product shows signs of use and may be dirty, missing parts, or missing accessories. By purchasing items in Pre-Owned condition, the customer accepts the risks associated with these conditions. Pre-Owned items are NOT eligible for credits or refunds.

Where does QUICKBIDZ source its products from?
QUICKBIDZ is a division of Quicklotz Liquidations. We have contracts with major retailers nationwide to liquidate their excess inventory. The merchandise mostly consist of overstocks, shelf pulls and customer returns.
How do I participate in QUICKBIDZ auctions?
To place a bid, you must first create an account with us. Input your information, click on "Submit" and click on the verification email that is sent to you to activate your account. It is important to understand that you may bid on as many products as you like and continue to re-enter your bid amount until you are the highest bidder when the auction closes. You will be billed for the highest amount entered on a given lot.
How long do I have to pay for my item?
Our secure website will automatically charge your credit/debit card on file as you win items on the auctions. If the payment fails, you have 24 hours to pay for your items or they will be re-listed. If you fail to pay for your invoices after 24 hours more than 3 times, your account will be blocked from participating in future auctions.
How do I apply credit on an item?
Our secure website will automatically apply credits first then charge the difference on your card on file. If you are checking out manually, credit is added on the first page of the checkout, below shipping preferences.
How do I get my items shipped to me?
If you choose "Shipping" as your postage method, we will automatically add the shipping charges to your order so we are able to ship the items to you.
We do our best to ship all orders in a timely manner, typically between 3-7 business days.
If your order was paid without shipping charges and you decide to have your order shipped to you, there will be delays in processing your shipment as payment will have to be manually collected by our staff to cover the shipping charges.
If you decide to pick-up an item after you paid for shipping, the amount paid for shipping will be issued as credit to your account.
NOTE: Once you receive your item, you have 48 hours to submit a claim for any disputes concerning your item. Please email claims@quickbidz.com with your invoice number, the location purchased from, and a clear explanation of your issue. All claims will be evaluated according to our Terms and Conditions.
How do I pick up my items?
If you choose to pick-up your items, once your invoices are paid, you have 7 consecutive days from the time of purchase to schedule an appointment for pick-up. Your pick-up appointment must be within 30 days of the purchase date.

If you miss your appointment, you will have a 48-business-hour grace period to pick up your item(s). Please be patient as all scheduled appointments will take priority over your late pick-up.
If you do not schedule your pick-up appointment within 7 days from the time of purchase, and if you do not show up to pick-up at least 48 hours past your scheduled appointment, your items will be considered abandoned and will be resold. No refunds or credits will be offered.
